Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your luxury pieces with utmost care.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

    • Domestic Orders (within India): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

    • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days.

  • Please note that unforeseen delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping charges may apply depending on order value and location.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and weight.

  • Any custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s journey in real time.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • FABTRUM will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • In case of failed delivery due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. If still unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at fabtrum19@gmail.com with photos and your order details.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
