Return & Refund Policy

At FABTRUM, we strive to deliver premium quality products. Please read our updated policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on any product unless it is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • To claim a defect or damage, you are required to share a complete unboxing video of the package from the very beginning (before opening the parcel) without any cuts or edits. Claims without a proper video will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at fabtrum19@gmail.com with the unboxing video and proof of purchase. Our team will review the claim and assist you further.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or discounts, or for gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds (for approved defective cases only)

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be informed about the return process.

  • After the item is received and inspected, if the defect/damage is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Important Notes

  • No exchange requests will be entertained.

  • No returns will be accepted without the required unboxing video.

  • Any items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
