No Return / No Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any product unless it is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

To claim a defect or damage, you are required to share a complete unboxing video of the package from the very beginning (before opening the parcel) without any cuts or edits. Claims without a proper video will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at fabtrum19@gmail.com with the unboxing video and proof of purchase. Our team will review the claim and assist you further.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or discounts, or for gift cards.

Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds (for approved defective cases only)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be informed about the return process.

After the item is received and inspected, if the defect/damage is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
